How much do custom builds cost?

Each SW Custom Guitar is individually quoted based on materials, finish work, hardware, and build complexity. Pricing is discussed during consultation.

How long does a custom build take?


Build timelines vary depending on finish work and current workload. Estimated completion time is discussed before production begins.

Is the deposit refundable?


No. Deposits secure materials, shop time, and scheduling. Once production begins, deposits are non-refundable.

Can I request specific woods, pickups, or finishes?


Yes. Custom builds are tailored to your preferences including body style, wood selection, hardware, pickup configuration, and finish design.

Do you offer repairs and setups?


Yes. Luthier services include setups, fret work, electronics upgrades, refinishing, and restoration. Services are available by appointment.

Do you ship guitars?


Yes. All instruments are carefully packaged and shipped insured. Final payment is required before shipment.

Can I visit the shop?


Consultations are available by appointment in Star, Idaho or via video appointment.

What is your return policy on custom builds?


Custom-built instruments are final sale once production begins.
